Welcome to the Camera Troubleshooting section. This guide is designed to help you diagnose and resolve operational issues you may encounter. Before proceeding, please ensure your camera's battery is adequately charged and that you have reviewed the basic operating instructions in the user manual. Let's identify the problem and find a solution.

 

1. Confirm Wi-Fi Connection is Correct

•Cause: Your phone is not connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.

•Solution:

1.1 Open "Settings" on your phone and tap on the "Wi-Fi" option.

1.2 Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and that you are connected to the camera's Wi-Fi network (the Wi-Fi name usually starts with the camera model, like C300_xxxxxx).

Tip: If you don't see the camera's Wi-Fi network, try restarting the camera.

 

2. Restart the Camera

•Cause: The device's network connection may be experiencing issues due to a temporary glitch.

•Solution:

2.1 Turn off the camera.

2.2 Wait for 10 seconds, then turn the camera back on.

•Tip: Restarting both the camera and your phone can help clear temporary network issues.

 

3. Restart Your Phone

•Cause: A bug in the system's local network permission cache.

•Solution:

3.1 Turn off your phone, wait for 10 seconds, then turn it back on.

3.2 Open the camera app and check to ensure that all required permissions (such as Wi-Fi, Network, Location, Bluetooth, etc.) are enabled.

 

4. Perform a Camera Factory Reset

•Cause: The camera's settings may have been modified, preventing connection.

•Solution:

4.1 In the camera's settings menu, find and select the "Default Setting" option.

4.2 Wait for the camera to complete the factory reset, then try connecting again.

•Tip: A factory reset will erase all personal settings on the camera. Make sure to back up any important information beforehand.
